The Butter Milk Ranch is Nashville’s premier Small Batch Bakery and Day Dining restaurant. Located in the popular 12th South district, there’s a little something for everyone at the Ranch: our small batch bakery where everything is made from scratch, a quick service counter for on-the-go guests, and a full service dining room for those who want to have a drink and stay a little while.

Located in the heart of the Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood, Chago’s Cantina originally opened its doors in 2011.  Named after the childhood nickname of the owner, Chago’s quickly became a favorite dining destination for both Nashville residents and the Belmont university community.   

After Chago’s announced its closure in 2022, long-time Nashville restaurateur Steven Smithing jumped at the opportunity to reopen the restaurant. As the owner of two of Nashville’s iconic culinary institutions, Green Hills Grille and Mere Bulles, Smithing has a history of reviving beloved legacy restaurants and transforming them into integral neighborhood destinations.  

As a nod to the community to which it serves and its original founder, the restaurant has been renamed Chago’s Belmont Cantina. We look forward to continuing the Chago’s legacy while crafting an exciting future for this Nashville culinary gem.

A beloved Nashville go-to spot for 20 years, the original Green Hills Grille closed in 2008 but was reopened in 2015 by restauranteur Steven Smithing. IM2 officially opened its doors in February 2022, which just happens to. be the birth month of both Win and Patti.

IM2 has received the official Thai cuisine seal of approval from The Ministry of Commerce and Royal Thai Government; a first for Nashville, Tennessee. The Thai Select Classic Award is similar to a Michelin recognition for Thai eateries around the globe and is prominent in large metropolitan U.S. cities like Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, New York and Dallas.

Part of the selection criteria includes anonymous dining visits to the restaurant where a committee considers food authenticity, heritage, atmosphere and hospitality with high standards.

While the menu at Karrington Rowe holds items that feel nostalgic, the team prides themselves on making sure the taste and presentation are top-notch. The thoughtfully curated menu consists of classic American dishes, in addition to some of Germantown Café and Park Café’s fan favorites, including their famous French onion soup, coconut curry salmon, and ahi tuna, as well as an array of desserts made in-house everyday.

A short drive south from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, Mere Bulles is conveniently located in Maryland Farms just off of I-65 between Nashville and historic Franklin.
